What are the constraints on when Circle Singers will perform?

Our prior bookings are obviously one constraint, so schedule early to get the best selection. Second, since we are a volunteer group with other things having priority in our lives, we would strongly prefer performances be on Tuesday evening (our rehearsal night) since this avoids complicating our busy lives more. Third, the period from September 1 - October 15 and again January 1 - February 14 are usually the time we develop new material so that a concert at those times may not be as polished. Finally, Circle Singers takes the summer months off for vacation.

Does that mean that you will not perform any time but Tuesday night?

No, that is just our preference. We have also appeared on other evenings, weekends, and rarely during weekday work hours. Just be aware that some of our members work and so our chorus size may be considerably smaller during working hours. Talk with us and we will try to work out something mutually agreeable.
